Webb Police Dept. reports recent law enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following law enforcement activity.

• A 58-year-old Old Forge man was charged with Petit Larceny (misdemeanor) on Thursday, July 2 at 6 p.m.

According to the report, the arrest of the defendant resulted from a larceny at Kinney Drugs in Old Forge.

The defendant is accused of stealing merchandise valued at $24.99 on Wednesday, July 1 at approximately 8:45 p.m.

He was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Webb Court at a later date. Continue reading →

Webb Police Dept. reports recent activity

A 36-year-old Johnson City male driver and his passenger, a 46-year-old Glen Aubrey man, were arrested following an incident that occurred in Inlet on Friday, April 3 at 1:04 p.m.

According to the report, both parties were stopped on State Route 28 in the Hamlet of Inlet for consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. The driver was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, driving a motor vehicle while having 14 suspensions from multiple courts, and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.

He was arraigned before the Hon. M. Marleau and remanded to the Hamilton County jail in lieu of $600 bail.

The passenger was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. He was released on appearance tickets for ulawful possession of marijuana returnable April 21, 2015 in the Town of Inlet Court.

Webb P.D. reports recent law enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has issued the following report of recent law enforcement activity.

• A 33-year-old Port Monmouth, NJ woman was charged with 3rd degree assault and 2nd degree harassment following an incident that occurred at a local establishment on Friday, March 6 at 9 p.m.

According to the report, Webb Police concluded an investigation involving a domestic dispute at Slickers Tavern which resulted in the arrest of the woman for the above charges. Continue reading →

Town of Webb Police Department reports law enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has issued the following report of recent law enforcement activity.

• An investigation into a Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree case led to the arrest of a 26-year-old Lilburn, GA man on December 7, 2014 at 10:30 p.m.

The charge is a class D felony. The investigation was turned over to the Herkimer County District Attorney’s Office. Continue reading →

A 44-year-old Getzville, NY man was arrested on Saturday, January 24 at 1:58 a.m. for a number of snowmobile infractions. Continue reading →
