The Town of Webb Police Department has issued the following report of recent law enforcement activity.
• An investigation into a Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree case led to the arrest of a 26-year-old Lilburn, GA man on December 7, 2014 at 10:30 p.m.
The charge is a class D felony. The investigation was turned over to the Herkimer County District Attorney’s Office.
• A traffic stop on State Route 28 in Otter Lake on Wednesday, January 28 at 4:17 p.m. resulted in the arrest of a 42-year-old Glenfield woman for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree and a traffic infraction.
The woman was released with an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Webb Court at a later date.
• A 22-year-old Port Leyden man was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in Town of Webb on Friday, January 30 at 4:15 p.m.
The man was issued a ticket to appear at Town of Webb Court at a later date.
