• A 28-year-old Old Forge man was charged with Driving While intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated with Blood Alcohol greater than 0.08% and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with Blood Alcohol greater than 0.18% following an incident that occurred on Monday, April 4 at 9 p.m. Continue reading
The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.
A 23-year-old Little Falls woman was charged with Driving While Intoxicated following an incident that occurred on Thursday, March 17 at 11:23 p.m.
According to the report, an investigation into a disturbance at Fastrac resulted in the arrest of the defendant for the above charge.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Webb Court at a later date.
The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.
• A 32-year-old Boonville man was arrested on Friday, March 11, 2016 on an active arrest warrant from the Town of Webb Court for Failure to Appear.
The man was originally charged with Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident, Operating Out of Class (Commercial Motor Vehicle) and Aggravated Unlicensed Oper-ation 2nd Degree. Continue reading
The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.
A 25-year-old Remsen man was charged with Speed in Zone and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree on Saturday, March 5 at 3:58 p.m.
According to the report, Town of Webb Police arrested the man for the above charges following a traffic stop on State Route 28 in the Town of Webb. Investigation determined that the man was operating a motor vehicle while his driving privileges were suspended in New York state.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.
• A 42-year-old Huntingdon, PA man was charged with Snowmobiling While Intoxicated Common Law and Operating Without Insurance on Sunday, January 17 at 11:32 p.m.
According to the report, the defendant was involved in a personal injury snowmobile accident in which he struck a utility pole while operating on Railroad Ave. in the village of Old Forge. He was transported by Old Forge Ambulance to a Utica hospital with unknown injuries.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Webb Court at a later date.
The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following law enforcement activity.
• A 43-year-old Media, PA man was charged with Speed Over 55 and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd following an incident that occurred on Thursday, July 23 at1:39 p.m.
According to the report, a traffic stop for speeding resulted in the arrest of the defendant for the above charges.

• A 49-year-old Utica man was charged with Harassment 2nd on Wednesday, July 15 at 8:52 a.m. following an investigation of an incident that occurred on Sunday, July 12.
According to the report, an investigation into an altercation at Enchanted Forest Water Safari on July 12 at approximately 3 p.m. resulted in the defendant being charged with the above charges. Continue reading
