Town of Webb P.D. reports recent enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.

A 29-year-old Fayetteville woman was charged with Speed in Zone and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree following an incident that occurred on Monday, April 18 at 3:41 p.m.

According to the report, investigation into a traffic stop on NYS Route 28 in Old Forge resulted in the arrest of the defendant for the above charges.

She was issued appearance tickets returnable to Town of Webb Court at a later date.

Town of Webb Police Department reports law enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.

• A Holland Patent man was arrested for a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Wednesday, January 20 at 6:40 p.m.

According to the report, an investigation of a motor vehicle accident by New York State Police in Remsen led to the location of the defendant who had an active bench warrant from the Town of Webb Court for failure to appear on a scheduled court date in 2012. Continue reading →

Webb Police Dept. reports enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.

• A 17-year-old Port Leyden, NY man was charged with Petit Larceny (Class A misdemeanor) following an incident that occurred on Thursday, October 1 at 9:05 p.m.

According to the report, the man was arrested by Town of Webb Police subsequent to an investigation conducted at the Kinney Drug Store located at  2964 Route 28 in Old Forge in which the defendant allegedly stole numerous scratch-off lottery tickets from the store over an unspecified period of time. Webb Police Dept. reports law enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.

• An on-going investigation by Town of Webb Police resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old Lowville, NY woman on Tuesday, September 29 at 10 a.m.

The woman was charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, Petit Larceny, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Continue reading →

Town of Webb Police Dept. reports law enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.

• A 64-year-old Old Forge man was charged with Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident that occurred on Thursday, August 6 at 11:46 a.m.

According to the report, the defendant was arrested following a complaint from a Kinney Drugs employee who stated that he had continued to harass her verbally on several occasions after she had asked him to stop. Continue reading →

Webb Police Dept. reports recent activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following law enforecement activity.

• A 34-year-old Charlotte, NC man was charged with Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, 3rd degree (misdemeanor) following an incident that occurred on Monday, August 3 at 12:02 p.m.

According to the report, the Town of Webb Police arrest of the man resulted from a traffic stop for failure to stop at a stop sign while entering State Route 28 from the Fulton Street Spur.

A driver’s license check determined that the man’s driving privilege was suspended in New York state for failing to answer a summons in Rensselaer County in 1999.

The man was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.

Town of Webb Police Dept. reports recent law enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following law enforcement activity.

• A 49-year-old Utica man was charged with Harassment 2nd on Wednesday, July 15 at 8:52 a.m. following an investigation of an incident that occurred on Sunday, July 12.

According to the report, an investigation into an altercation at Enchanted Forest Water Safari on July 12 at approximately 3 p.m. resulted in the defendant being charged with the above charges.  Continue reading →
