TOW reports police activity

A 45-year-old Thendara man was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree following a traffic stop on Tuesday, April 21 at 3:12 p.m.

According to the report, the arrest occurred during a traffic stop while assisting a state agency.

The investigation revealed that the man had a revoked New York state driver’s license with a total of six suspensions.

He was arraigned before Hon. John Graham of the Town of Webb Court and was remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 bail/$1,000 bond.

Webb Police Department reports recent law enforcment activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has issued the following  report of recent law enforcement activity.

• A 22-year-old Holland Patent man was charged with speeding in a 55 mph zone, failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle (move over law), driving while intoxicated, and operating a vehicle with .08 or more of alcohol in blood following an incident that occurred on Thursday, March 19 at 9:14 p.m. Continue reading →
