The Town of Webb Police Department has issued the following report of recent law enforcement activity.
• A 23-year-old Old Forge man was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Speed in Zone following an incident that occurred on Saturday, April 11 at 8:16 a.m.
According to the report, a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 52 mph in a posted 30 mph zone in Eagle Bay resulted in Arrest for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Appearance tickets were issued returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
• A 54-year-old Pulaski man was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree and a traffic infraction following an incident that occurred on Saturday, April 11 at 6:26 p.m.
According to the report, a traffic stop in Old Forge resulted in the operator being arrested for said offenses.
The operator was brought before Hon. Patrick Venetz and was released on his own recognizance.
