A 45-year-old Thendara man was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree following a traffic stop on Tuesday, April 21 at 3:12 p.m.
According to the report, the arrest occurred during a traffic stop while assisting a state agency.
The investigation revealed that the man had a revoked New York state driver’s license with a total of six suspensions.
He was arraigned before Hon. John Graham of the Town of Webb Court and was remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 bail/$1,000 bond.
