Bill Simpson of Old Forge was the winner of the raffle for a golf package valued at more than $2,000 that was sponsored by Inlet’s Leonard Mick Roberts American Legion Post 1402.
The golf package included his and her sets of Adams golf clubs with bags and two 10-day passes at Inlet Golf Club.

Glen Gosnell
Old Forge native Glen P. Gosnell has been chosen as the next Director of Public Safety for Washington County, following the Board of Supervisor’s meeting held on September 18, 2015. He will start in his new role on October 22, 2015.
Glen is a 16-year member of the Department of Public Safety, having risen from the ranks of a Per-Diem Communications Officer, up to his current rank of Supervising Communications Officer within the Commun-ications Division.
The previous Director of Public Safety retired in June. Continue reading

The Forestport Chamber of Com-merce Community Charitable Fund (FCC-CCF) is proud to announce that the first recipient of the Computer Grant Program was given to a Town of Webb School student who is entering their senior year.
