View, the Arts Center Old Forge, held a Neighbor Day Open House on Sunday, June 10. The event offered free admission and a chance to explore the exhibitions and the workshop facility, which is soon to be dedicated as the Meyda Tiffany and Lighting Creative Arts Wing.

The wing houses the ceramics and pottery studio, a multi-purpose workshop area for painting, woodworking, children’s classes and a teaching kitchen.
Throughout the Open House, visitors of all ages enjoyed arts demonstrations including monotype printing by Roger Hyndman, weaving by Margo Boylan, precious metal clay jewelry by Paula Tormey, as well as paint on pottery, create a magnet, and woodcarving demonstrations by Harold Kaltenbach.
