Professional photographer Nancie Battaglia, of Lake Placid, presented an informational talk and slide show to the members of the Old Forge Camera Club at its May meeting.

“Her slide shows were both eye-opening and educational, giving those present, a view of what it means to be a working professional photographer. Her ability to capture the fast action of winter sports events is truly remarkable, and her vision of life in the Adirondacks tells a story to the world of what it is like to live here.
