The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following recent law enforcement activity.
• A 42-year-old Boonville man was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, 3rd following an incident that occurred on Friday, August 28 at 1:15 p.m.
According to the report, Webb Police conducted a traffic stop on defendant for several traffic infractions.
Further investigation revealed the defendant’s license was suspended.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Town of Webb Court at a later date.
• A 26-year-old Inlet man was charged with Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Operating Without Insurance, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended/ Revoked Registration (misdemeanor) following an incident that occurred on Monday, August 31 at 6:06 p.m.
According to the report, the Town of Webb Police Department arrested the man following a traffic stop on State Route 28. He was issued appearance tickets for the said charges returnable in the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
