Tom McCabe and Carolyn Belknap

Carolyn Belknap was honored recently with the Fulton Chain of Lakes Association (FCLA) Service Award for 2015, which was presented to her by Tom McCabe.

The award is given to a director that has made a significant contribution to FCLA.

Carolyn has been a member of FCLA for many years and joined the Board of Directors in 2010. 

Among other things, she is responsible for the organization’s website, http://fultonchainoflakesassociation.org/.

She coordinates responses to information requests on the website and maintains the membership database.
