Fulton Chain of Lakes Assn. hosts 2015 Annual Meeting

The Fulton Chain of Lakes Association (FCLA) held its annual meeting at the Woods Inn on Friday, August 7th.

Herkimer County Sherriff Christopher Farber was on hand and discussed his department’s efforts to patrol the lakes to insure safety on the water.

Mike Schreppel, president of FCLA, discussed the organization’s efforts to protect the waters of the Fulton Chain. 

The Fulton Chain of Lakes Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1968 with the mission of protecting the waters of the Fulton Chain of Lakes for residents and visitors.

FCLA is particularly active in the areas of water quality and water safety.

The organization is always open to new members, according to FCLA President Schreppel, with membership information being available at its website.
