Katie Smith of Old Forge and her cocker spaniel, Rory, won first prize in the Medium Dog Division at the 6th Annual Mardi Claws Dog Parade held at the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse Park on February 22.

Rory received a trophy, a medallion and a $50 gift certificate for the win.

Rory is groomed by Jimmy Ortiz of Feathers and Boughs of Thendara.
