The Inlet Barnstormers Snowmobile Club hosted its annual Poker Run on Friday and Saturday, January 22 and 23.

First place winner of $300 was James Bagetta of Boston Lake, NY; second place winner of $200 was Jim Schanz of Guilderland, NY; and third place winner of $100 was Steve Krauss of Westchester, PA. Continue reading

Inlet Barnstormers Club: Snowmobile ‘Poker Run’ coming January 22 & 23

A Snowmobile Poker Run will be hosted by the Inlet Barnstormers Snowmobile Club on Friday and Saturday, January 22 and 23, 2016.

When the Poker Run ends at 5 p.m. on Saturday, prizes will be distributed at a party at Daiker’s Inn.

The party will start at 5:15 Saturday with winners receiving cash payouts from a purse of $700. Continue reading

Inlet Barnstormers Snowmobile Club receives new trail-maintenance trailer

The Inlet Barn-stormers Snow-mobile Club recently took possession of a new Blizzard Utility Trailer that will be used to haul their trail maintenance equipment.

The equipment was purchased as part of the Recreational Trails Program grant from the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historical Preservation (OPRHP).

The grant was administered by CAP-21 on behalf of the Barnstormers.  Continue reading

Barnstormers to meet on February 17th

The Inlet Barnstormers Snowmobile Club will hold its monthly Membership Meeting at the Inlet Information Center on Tuesday, February at 7 p.m. The election of officers for next year’s slate on the Board of Directors will be held during the meeting.

All are welcome to attend and discover the many activities scheduled for the winter.

Refreshments will be served following the meeting. Volunteers are welcome.

The Inlet Barnstormers Snowmobile Club sponsored its 16th Annual Poker Run on Saturday and Sunday, January 30 and 31. Of the 89 participants, 36 got their cards stamped by all 22 sponsors making them eligible for a $100 drawing. Continue reading
