A NYS-certified Patient Navigator from ACR Health will be at Old Forge Library on Thursdays, January 9, 16, 23, and 30 to assist people with free enrollment in the NYS Insurance Marketplace. Appointments can be arranged by calling (800) 475-2430.
Created in 1983, ACR Health is a non-profit organization that serves Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Cayuga and St. Lawrence counties in New York state.
