The 7th Annual T.H.E. Loop was held on Saturday, October 6th despite—once again—less than favorable weather! While there were only six motorcycles, there were 28 enthusiastic participants who decided to “loop” on foot around the Mt. Sabattis Pavilion to honor people who have faced the diagnosis of cancer.
This was the last year for T.H.E. Loop so it was appropriate to include all riders and non-riders to be part of the event. In the course of the past seven rides T.H.E. Loop has raised over $36,000 for local treatment centers…100% of the monies going to help all cancer patients. That is what always made T.H.E. Loop unique.
T.H.E. Loop proved that one can make a difference in their own backyard…and it is with sincere gratitude that I thank everyone who helped, supported, and promoted this event to accomplish making a difference.
