The new Adirondack Bank of Old Forge on Codling Street will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, May 28, but doors to the 3,682 square foot building will open to customers on Monday, May 16.
Old Forge Branch Manager Sandy Booton said that customers can expect new expanded hours at its new facility effective Monday.
On Monday, Thursday, and Friday the lobby will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the drive-thru from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Tuesday and Wednesday the lobby will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the drive-thru from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
According to Booton, beginning May 21 the lobby and drive-thru will be open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon to accommodate its customers. The Saturday hours will be in effect through the end of October.
Adirondack Bank’s grand opening celebration will feature an official ribbon cutting at 6:30 p.m., a free chicken barbeque and refreshments from 7 p.m., give-aways, and a fireworks display at the Old Forge lakefront at 9 p.m.
Live music will be provided by Cleen Street.
