The Town of Webb Police has reported the following law enforcement activity.
• A 27-year-old Mattituck, NY man was charged with Speed in Zone and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd following an incident that occurred on Friday, May 29 at 7:02 p.m.
According to the report, Town of Webb Police received a 911 report of an erratic motorcycle operator. A traffic stop on said motorcycle resulted in the arrest of the defendant for the above charges.
The man was arraigned at Town of Webb Court and released on bail to return at a later date.
• An 18-year-old Pittsford, NY man was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Blood Alcohol Level over .08% following an incident that occurred on Friday, May 29 at 11:30 p.m.
According to the report, the defendant was arrested for DWI following an investigation into a trail party on Trail 7. The defendant was released on appearance tickets.
• A 24-year-old Eagle Bay man was charged with Speed in Zone, Driving While Intoxicated, and Driving While Intoxicated with Blood Alcohol Level over .08% following an incident that occurred on Wednesday, June 3 at 12:19 a.m.
According to the report, a traffic stop for Speed in Zone resulted in the arrest of the defendant for DWI.
