Webb Police Department reports recent law enforcement activity

The Town of Webb Police Department has reported the following law enforcement activity.

A 33-year-old Inlet man was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd following an incident that occurred on Tuesday, May 19 at 5:16 p.m.

According to the report, a traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the man for the said offense.

The man had a suspended New York State drivers license with a total of two suspensions.

He was arraigned before Hon. Patrick Venetz and released on his own recognizance.

• A bench warrant issued by the Town of Webb Court for Failure to Pay Fine resulted in the arrest of a 59-year-old New Hartford, NY man on Thursday, May 21 at 11 a.m.

According to the report, the Town of Webb Police Department arrested the man on above said bench warrant for failure to pay a fine related to a Petit Larceny Conviction.

The man was taken into custody by NYS Police in Oneida County and turned over to the Town of Webb Police.

He was arraigned in Town of Webb Court and released after paying his fine in full.

A 19-year-old Alder Creek man was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Speed in excess of 55 mph (traffic infraction), Possession of a Forged/Altered Drivers license (traffic infraction) following an incident that occurred on Tuesday, May 26 at 6:40 p.m.

According to the report, Town of Webb Police arrested the man for the above charges following a traffic stop on State Route 28 in the Town of Webb.

The man was issued appearance tickents returnable to the Town of Webb Court on June 9, 2015.
