The Town of Webb Police Department has issued the following report of recent law enforcement activity.
• A 45-year-old Clinton, NY man was charged with Falsely Reporting an Incident and False Written Statement following an incident that occurred on Sunday, May 10.
According to the report, Webb Police investigated an incident which occurred at the Back Door Bar in Old Forge and was reported by said individual on May 10.
Investigation revealed that the incident that the man reported did not actually occur.
The man was arrested on Thursday, May 14 at 4:45 p.m. and issued appearance tickets for above mentioned offenses to reappear before the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
• A 55-year-old Old Forge woman was charged with Disorderly Conduct following an incident tht occurred on Sunday, May 17 at 4:30 p.m.
According to the report, the defendant was arrested and charged for the above mentioned offense after causing a disruption on Route 28 in Old Forge.
The defendant was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
