Pink Ribbon Riders returning to Old Forge on Feb. 20 & 21

The 11th Annual Pink Ribbon Riders NY Snow Run will return to the George T. Hiltebrant Recreation Center on Friday and Saturday, February 20 and 21.

The two-day event is open to men and women and includes a welcome party, snowmobile rides, an awards banquet, and more.

Friday night’s welcome party is open to the public and tickets can be purchased at the door.

The event will include live music, appetizers, beverages and contests.

Saturday, the organized snowmobile rides will begin at 9 a.m.

Riders will be broken up into groups of 10 to 15 people, based on rider ability.

Each group will have a trail leader and ride from 60 to 100-plus miles.

Following the ride, a dinner banquet at 5 p.m. will take place at the recreation center.

There will be silent and live auctions, door prizes, contests and giveaways.

Tickets for the event are still available online at www.pinkribbonrides.com.

The cost is $130 for the entire program or $50 for just Saturday evening’s banquet dinner.

Pink Ribbon Riders is a small non-profit organization that provides direct financial assistance to both men and women diagnosed with breast cancer.

Funds raised are distributed through an assistance program that donates $500 gift cards to patients in need.

The Central Adirondack Association is a proud partner of the Pink Ribbon Riders.
