Adopt a Duck at CAP-21’s ‘Dunk-a-Duck’ event on August 9th

The 4th annual CAP-PY Duck Derby is scheduled for Sunday, August 31, in front of the Town of Webb Information Center.

This year there will be 13 Lucky Duck prizes and 13 lucky chances to win the $100,000 jackpot.

CAP-21 has again paired with OddsOn Promotions to ensure the $100,000 grand prize for any of the first 13 fastest ducks.

Folks will have the opportunity to adopt a duck at a Dunk the Duck event at Point Park in the center of Old Forge on Saturday, August 9 from 1 to 4 p.m.

For each duck adopted, an individual will get a chance to take a shot at Mr. CAP-PY Duck with a water balloon.

Duck adoptions are $5 per duck, or a flock of five for $20.

Ducks are also available at the Old Forge Farmers’ Market, the Town of Webb Information Office, Hemmer Cottage, most Friday evenings and Saturdays near Souvenir Village or on-line at www.cap-21.com.

The Duck Derby is the only fund-raising event held by CAP-21 during the year, and CAP-21 encourages support of its sponsors.
