Puppet show set for August 9th at the Old Forge Library Gazebo

Puppet Master Ken Carman returns to Old Forge with a puppet show on Saturday, August 9 at 1 p.m. that will take place at the Old Forge Library gazebo.

Carman, who has presented several puppet shows in Old Forge in the past, will present an original show, The Snozard of Odd, a tale with an anti-bullying message that encourages acceptance of those who are different and unique.

The family-friendly story is geared for ages three to eight though the message and performance will appeal to all ages.

The show is free of charge and sponsored by Souvenir Village.

All are encouraged to bring a blanket or folding chair and enjoy the open-air performance.

Carman is a 1972 graduate of the Town of Webb School and the son of Bill and Winifred Carman.

He owns a camp at Beaver River where he spends several weeks every summer.
