The Fulton Chain of Lakes Performing Arts Council, Inc. is offering an opportunity for symphony fans to take advantage of discounted pricing on performances by the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra during its 2013/2014 concert series.
The offer also includes package deals with weekend hotel accommodations.
