Christmas Sing-Along and Soup set for Niccolls Church on December 6

Niccolls Church is preparing for a Community Christmas Sing-Along and Soup Supper that will be held in the church’s Fellowship Hall on Saturday, December 6.

Singing will begin at 4 p.m., followed by a supper of soups, breads, beverages and desserts provided by friends and neighbors in the Central Adirondack area.  Continue reading

Niccolls accepting orders for December Food Sense

Niccolls Memorial Presbyterian Church on Crosby Blvd. in is taking orders for the Food Sense package for December.

Each “unit” costs $15.50. This program is open to all.

There are no eligibility requirements nor is there any obligation to purchase food every month. Continue reading

Old Forge: Piano Recital set Thursday, December 4

Piano students of Valerie Gaudin will present their annual Holiday Piano Recital on Thursday, December 4 at 7 p.m. at Niccolls Memorial Church.

Enjoy sounds of the season performed by Fern Bailey, Chloe Barkauskas, Allyson Brosemer, Chloe Brosemer, Megan DeFilipps, Clifford Donovan, Alexis Hollister, Alivia Hopsicker, Holly Kalil, Olivia Phaneuf and Jack Rivet.

Refreshments will be served immediately following the performance.

The recital is open to the public.

Christmas Sing-Along & Soup Supper set at Niccolls

Niccolls Church’s Fellowship Hall will be the setting for a Community Sing-Along of Christmas carols and popular Christmas songs on Saturday, December 6.

All are invited to ‘come a-caroling’ in this songfest starting at 4 p.m. that will be followed by a supper of soups, breads, beverages and desserts provided by friends and neighbors in the Central Adirondack area.  Continue reading

Pre-Thanksgiving gathering slated for Niccolls Church

The community is invited to a Covered Dish Supper on Sunday, November 23 at noon at Niccolls Memorial Church, 228 Crosby Blvd., Old Forge.

The church’s fellowship team, Niccolls Neighbors, is planning the event and asks those attending to bring a place setting and a dish to share. Beverages and desserts will be provided. Continue reading
