The Big Moose Ambulance Company’s multi-year project to raise funds to purchase a new ambulance was recently completed. BMAC applied $70,000 of its savings to the project and raised over $90,000 of new funds for the purchase.

The new PL Custom ambulance, a Ford F-450 4 X 4 chassis with a Gold Classic style body, was purchased from Specialty Vehicle Sales Corp. at a cost of over $150,000. It was delivered and put into service on December 16th.  Continue reading →
