MAC’s Safe Ride says thank you

On behalf of MAC’s Safe Ride, I would like to say thank you to the volunteers that helped at the MAC’s Safe Ride booth at the Snodeo event last weekend: Gisele Kress, Carol Perkins, Michele and Dana Deangelo, Jaimee Darmody, and Marissa Pavlus. I would also like to thank the area businesses that contributed to the success of our Old Forge getaway raffle: The Water’s Edge Inn, the Town of Webb, Slickers, and the Front Door Diner.

Thank you to our locals and visitors for their generosity which made the entire weekend a success. We appreciate all of the donations and continued support of the entire Town of Webb community.

While the group has 150 volunteers, a core group of 15 to 20 people do most of the driving.

“People can get burned out. And right now there are a lot of holes to fill in the schedule,” Kress said.
