Joyce Sliter

Joyce Martin Sliter, 87, of Port Leyden, passed away on Monday morning, August 8th at the Sunset Nursing Home in Boonville.

Joyce was born in Lowville, NY July 8, 1924, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Mabel Lehman Martin. She attended Lowville Academy and Central School where she was a member of the National Honor Society. Following High School graduation, she attended the Utica School of Commerce. Continue reading →
