The Kiwanis Club of the Central Adirondacks’  Food Kart Day on Saturday, July 6, held in support of the Webb Community Food Pantry was highly successful thanks to the generosity of shoppers at Kalil’s Market in Inlet, DiOrio’s Supermarket in Old, Forge, Dan’s Food Mart in Eagle Bay, and Kinney Drugs in Old Forge.

At the end of the day, Kiwanis volunteers collected and transported over three pickup truck loads of food items to the Webb Community Food Pantry located at St. Bartholomew’s Church for distribution as needed. Volunteers also collected over $400 in cash donations. Continue reading →
