McCauley Mountain Ski Area will be open Friday and Saturday, March 29 and 30 from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and on Easter Sunday, March 31 from 10 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Skiers can enjoy late-season discounted lift ticket rates of $10 for adults and $5 for children.
McCauley currently has a base depth of 18 to 46 inches and an average of 20 open trails.
According to McCauley staff, Mac’s Back is projected to be open over the weekend and conditions are great for machine-groomed, spring-condition skiing.
The mountain will be closed Monday through Thursday, April 1 to 4, however, weather permitting, it will reopen for one final weekend Friday through Sunday, April 5 to 7.
Lift tickets will be $10 for adults and $5 for children.
It is recommended that skiers call McCauley at (315) 369-3225 before driving long distances, to verify it will be open.
