We would like to send out a thank you to all those who have expressed their condolences, shared memories, or stopped by to have a hug and share their tears over the passing of Major Bowes.
Special thanks to the ladies of HASCA, Roberta, Linda and Theresa, who were so caring and helpful when we needed them. We are so thankful to Wende whose loving care allowed us some rest and who was with us at the end.
Jenn kept us all going with her delicious meals, which arrived daily without interruption for over a week, and gave us precious additional time with Major that otherwise would have been spent on meal preparation.
Many folks have commented on what a wonderful community we live in, and we join them in saying how lucky we are to live where we do.
