Library offers computer classes

The Old Forge Library is offering a series of free technology classes through the Mid York Library System Broadband Technology Opportunities Program.

Katie McCauley will instruct a Web Browsing & E-mail Basics class from 2 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14.

On Thursday, August 16, Jennifer Reicht will demonstrate How to Create a Party Invitation with Microsoft Word from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Registration for the classes is encouraged for planning purposes, but walk-ins are welcome.

Participants are asked to bring their laptops for the classes. A limited number of laptops will be available for those who don’t have their own.
