Adirondack Bank designates charities for upcoming golf classic

The Selection Committee for the 2012 Adirondack Bank Golf Charity Tournament met at the Thendara Golf Course on Tuesday morning, May 22, to select this year’s not-for-profit recipients that will share in the proceeds of the charity golf event.

The recipients this year are:Home Aide Service of the Central Adirondacks (HASCA), CAP-21, Ronald McDonald Summer Camp, UCP-Autism Center, Town of Webb Historical Association;

Old Forge American Legion Post #893 Wounded Warriors Program;

Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL), Kamp Kiwanis, and the Kommunity Youth Activity Center (KYAC) of Old Forge.

The Adirondack Bank Golf Charity Open will tee-off on Monday, June 11, with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. at Thendara Golf Course.
