Dawn Lenci of Thendara, is the newest employee at View, the new arts center of Old Forge.
The Old Forge native started her new job as Financial Manager on Wednesday, July 13.
Dawn had previously been employed for 20 years in the business office of the Adirondack League Club.
“It’s great,” she said of her new position. “People are wonderful and everything is beautiful. I’m loving it.”
A 1980 graduate of the Town of Webb School, she also attended North Country Community College in Saranac Lake.
“I went away for probably a year but I was back in Old Forge every weekend,” she said.
Eventually she decided to stay and live in her hometown.
Dawn has two sons, Cameron, 14, and Erik, 12. She’s the daughter of Joan and Bill Ward of Old Forge.
