Jason Lee to lead self-defense seminar February 19th at View

Jason Lee, a Second Degree Black Belt in Kuk Sool Won, will teach a Self-Defense Seminar at View on Sunday, February 19 from 1 to 3 p.m. Lee has been training in Kuk Sool for 11 years and teaching self-defense classes since 2004.

Currently, he runs the children’s programs, morning classes, and manages the office for the Webster and Ontario Kuk Sool Won Dojang for Master JIKJN Gary Evarts. He is the son of Karen and Gary Lee of Inlet.Throughout the seminar, Lee will cover defensive strategies, the proper hand to foot striking techniques, practical self-defense techniques, as well as hands on training in pressure points and joint locking and manipulation.

Participants should be prepared to actively participate, but no prior experience or athletic ability is required. To be comfortable, participants should wear loose clothing such as sweat pants, t-shirts, or jogging suits.

This seminar is designed for all abilities from ages thirteen and up and registration will be limited to twenty students to allow for one-on-one instruction.
