Town of Webb Police charged two individuals with Petit Larceny on Thursday, October 30 following an investigation into the larceny of two bicycles from a campsite at the Old Forge Camping Resort during the early morning hours of October 18th.
According to the police report, the investigation determined that while a 17-year-old male of Liverpool, NY and a 10-year-old male of Nedrow, NY were camping at the Old Forge Camping Resort, they stole said bicycles from a neighboring campsite. The bicycles were later recovered and returned to their rightful owner.
The 10-year-old was issued an appearance ticket for Petit Larceny and is scheduled to appear in Herkimer County Family Court at a later date.
The 17-year-old was issued an appearance ticket for Petit Larceny and is scheduled to appear in Town of Webb Court at a later date.
Town of Webb Police were assisted in the investigation by the Onondaga County Sheriffs Office.
