The Town of Webb Police has reported the following law enforcement activity.

• A 68-year-old Philadelphia, PA man was charged with Petit Larceny following an incident that occurred on Tuesday, June 9 at 6 p.m.

According to the report, investigation into a larceny complaint at Sisters Bistro in Old Forge resulted in the arrest of the defendant for the above said charge.

• A 41-year-old Ilion woman was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd following an incident that occurred on Sunday, June 14 at 2:31 p.m.

According to the report, the subject was arrested for said offense when investigation revealed the subject had one suspension on her license.

She was released with a ticket returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.

• A 48-year-old Ontario, Canada man was charged with Speeed in Zone, Driving While Intoxicated, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 or more of Alcohol in Blood following an incident that occurred on Thursday, June 18 at 11:38 p.m.

According to the report, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle going 99 mph in a 55 mph zone on NYS Route 28 in McKeever.

Investigation resulted in the arrest of the man for the above mentioned offenses. He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.

• A 36-year-old Fulton, NY woman was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Using a Mobile Phone and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd following an incident that occurred on Saturday, June 20 at 2 a.m.

According to the report, a traffic stop on said defendant for operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone resulted in arrest for the above charges.  All tickets are returnable to Town of Webb Court at a later date.

• A 50-year-old Syracuse woman was charged with Disorderly Conduct following an incident that occurred on Friday, June 20 at 9:15 p.m.

According to the report, an investigation into a domestic dispute at the Old Forge Camping Resort resulted in the defendant being arrested for disorderly conduct.

The defendant was arraigned at Town of Webb Court and released to return at a later date.

• A 35-year-old Old Forge woman was charged with Speed over 55 mph (70 in 55) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd following an incident that occurred on Thursday, June 25 at 10:58 a.m.

According to the report, a traffic stop on defendent for speeding resulted in the arrest of defendant for above charges. All charges are returnable to Town of Webb Court at a later date.

• A 47-year-old Frankfort, NY man was charged with Failure to Stop at Stop Sign and Aggravated Unlicensed Opera-tion 2nd following an incident that occurred on Thursday, June 25 at 3:58 p.m.

According to the report, a traffic stop on defendant for failing to stop at a stop sign resulted in the arrest for the above listed charges.

The defendant was arraigned at Town of Webb Court and released to return at a later date.

• A 58-year-old Eagle Bay woman was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Take a Breath Test, and Unregistered Motor Vehicle following an incident that occurred on Monday, June 29 at 3:10 p.m. According to the report, the defendant was stopped following an erratic operator complaint.

• A 41-year-old Utica man was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (felony), Operating Motor Vehicle with Greater than .08% Alcohol (felony), Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle (violation), Operating Without Headlamps (violation), Operating Without Tail Lamps (violation), following an incident that occurred on Monday, June 29 at 9:12 p.m.

According to the report, the defendant was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated resulting from a traffic stop on State Route 28 in the Town of Webb for Vehicle and Traffic Law violation.

The man was charged with two counts felony DWI after it was determined that he was convicted of DWI within the preceding 10 years.

He was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.

• A 29-year-old Inlet woman was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th following an incident that occurred on Tuesday, June 30 at 10:44 p.m.

According to the report, an investigation into a domestic dispute resulted in arrest of the defendant for the above charge.

She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Inlet Court at a later date.
