Amy Gallatin and Stillwaters will perform at VIEW, the arts center in Old Forge, on Friday, June 19 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will be held at Gould Hall and ticket prices are $15.
Amy Gallatin, with 20-plus years of musical experience, and guitarist Roger Williams, a 40-year music veteran, joined forces a few years ago. Along with band members JD Williams, on mandolin and vocals and veteran bassist Eric Levenson, they blend country music and bluegrass into an acoustic style that critics describe as “refreshing and entertaining.”
“The result of their collaboration is a toe-tapping blend of heartfeltvocals, soaring harmonies and red-hot picking, which is traditional yet modern,” said Nick Abounader, performing arts manager at VIEW.
