All welcome to TOW choral concerts

The Town of Webb School’s Vocal Music Department will present its annual Spring Choral Concerts in the school gymnasium on Wednesday, May 27 and Friday, May 29.

The Junior and Senior Choruses will perform on Wednesday at 7 p.m. featuring songs currently topping the charts as well as classic favorites from decades past.

Included on the program are Brave, Pompeii, 100 Years, On Top of the World, Maybe I’m Amazed, The Sound of Silence, God Gave Me You, and Ticket to Ride.

Several soloists will be featured in both choirs and as an added treat, special guest Phil Leone will once again be accompanying the groups on the drum set.

Students in grades K to 5 will be performing on Friday at 12:30 p.m. The theme of their show is Songs from the 1950’s. Grades 2 to 5 will be singing hit rock and roll songs from that era and the kindergarten and first graders will perform songs from Broadway musicals that were written in the 1950’s.

There is no admission charge and all are encouraged to attend these fun-filled performances. The students are under the direction of TOW School Vocal Instructor Valerie Gaudin.
