The spring session of the Linking Lives through Reading Program at the Old Forge Library is open to first graders in the Town of Webb and Inlet School Districts and home schooled students.
The program pairs adults from the community with first graders for an hour of reading and reading activities. It will be held each Thursday from April 23 through May 28 from 3 to 4 p.m.
Call the Library at 369-6008 by Saturday, April 18 to register your first grader and/or to volunteer as a “Book Buddy.” Adult Volunteers are always needed.
The program is made possible by the Leola Tobin Memorial Fund.
