Organic farmer Star Livingstone of Woodgate invites interested gardeners to the Old Forge Library on Tuesday, January 27 at 7 p.m. to exchange information on ordering seeds from catalogs, seed saving and sharing.
Livingstone will present a short talk on the benefits of growing your own produce and ordering seeds from catalogs. Participants can bring along their own catalogs to share with the group, and a notebook to jot down the names of other catalogs and websites from which seeds can be ordered.
Livingstone will provide refreshments made from ingredients grown in her private garden.
