The Town of Webb Police Department reported the following activity for the period August 20 through September 2nd.
On August 22nd, at approximately 9 p.m. Ofc. AJ Silverman conducted a traffic stop on NYS Route 28 in Old Forge. Investigation revealed that the operator, a 20-year-old man of Ilion, was operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. He was issued traffic tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree (misdemeanor) and several other traffic infractions all returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
On August 24th, at approximately 3:20 p.m. Ofc. AJ Silverman conducted a traffic stop on NYS Route 28 in Thendara. Investigation revealed that the operator, a, 21-year-old female of Skaneateles, was operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. She was issued traffic tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree (misdemeanor) and a traffic infraction all returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
On August 27th, at approximately 3:50 p.m., Ofc. AJ Silverman conducted a traffic stop on NYS Route 28 in Old Forge. Investigation revealed that the operator, a 30-year-old Rome man, was operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and operating a vehicle that was suspended.
He was issued traffic tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree (misdemeanor) and Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registra-tion (misdemeanor) all returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
On August 28th, at approximately 4 p.m., Ofc. AJ Silverman conducted a traffic stop on NYS Route 28 in Old Forge. Investigation revealed that the operator, a 55-year-old West Chester, PA man, had a suspended driver’s license. He was issued traffic tickets for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree (misdemeanor) and a traffic infraction both returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
On August 30th, at approximately 3 p.m., Ofc. AJ Silverman conducted a traffic stop on NYS Route 28 in McKeever. Investigation resulted in a 34-year-old Utica man being issued a traffic ticket for Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration (misdemeanor) returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
On August 30th, at approximately 4:10 p.m., Ofc. AJ Silverman conducted a traffic stop on River Street in Old Forge. Investigation resulted in Bryan P. Patten, 25, of Red Hook, being issued a traffic ticket for Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration (misdemeanor) returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
On August 30th, at approximately 5:20 p.m., Ofc. AJ Silverman conducted a traffic stop on NYS Route 28 in Old Forge. Investigation resulted in a 25-year-old Ilion man being issued a traffic tickets for Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration (misdemeanor) and several traffic infractions all returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
On August 31st, at approximately 9:15 p.m., Ofc. AJ Silverman conducted a traffic stop on NYS Route 28 in Old Forge. Investigation resulted in a 45-year-old Fairport man being issued a traffic ticket for Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration (misdemeanor) returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date.
On September 2nd, Ofc. Trevor Tormey completed an investigation for an incident that occurred at the Back Door Bar in Old Forge. Investigation resulted in a 42-year-old Old Forge man being arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree (class A misdemeanor), Menacing 2nd degree (class A misdemeanor), Assault 3rd degree (class A misdemeanor), and Trespass (violation). He was brought to the Town of Webb Court before Hon. Graham where he was remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 bail or $3,000 bond.
On September 2, Ofc. AJ Silverman completed an investigation for two separate incidents that occurred in Inlet. Investigation resulted in a 53-year-old Inlet man, being arrested and charged with two counts of Menacing 2nd degree (class A misdemeanor) and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree (class A misdemeanor). He was brought to the Town of Inlet Court before Hon. Michael Marleau were he was released on his own recognizance.
