The Enchanted Forest/Water Safari’s annual Locals Day, that was held last weekend on Father’s Day, was another nice event, where families were able to get together for a taste of early summer, and also to celebrate Dad, according Kelly Noonan-Greene, the park’s general manager.
“It wasn’t a record day, but well attended, and I’m pleased with the outcome; and the weather was on our side this year,” she said.
Locals Day gradually became a part of funding their Richard and Ruth E. Noonan Scholarship Program that’s for the Town of Webb graduating seniors, she said.
With the weather forecast looking dry and hot for the upcoming summer, Kelly says she’s looking forward to having a busy summer. In conclusion, Kelly wants to thank everyone who attended.
