Herkimer County HealthNet is currently conducting a survey of Herkimer County residents regarding community health issues in the region.
The survey, which is being conducted by the SUNY Potsdam Institute for Applied Research, will take place through November 30th.
Questions about health care coverage, access to preventative health care, access to dental care, and frequency of healthy behaviors will be asked.
The survey will be completely anonymous.
Herkimer HealthNet is urging residents to complete the phone survey in order to better identify local health care needs and develop more appropriate strategies for meeting residents’ needs.
