The theme of this year’s children’s summer reading program at the Old Forge Library is “Every Hero has a Story,” and to kick off the sessions on Thursday, July 2 participants had the opportunity to meet some of our community heroes.

Invited guests included Town of Webb School bus driver Jon Bailey, Town of Webb school teacher Judy Ehrensbeck, Fr. Shane Lynch, EMT and member of the Old Forge Fire Department, Town of Webb Patrolman Anthony Capristo, and retired Army Major General Russell J. Czerw. Continue reading →
