We wanted to express our sincere appreciation to the Old Forge Fire Department for a quick and professional response to our call for assistance with a chimney fire that was threatening to extend to our home.

The response was immediate. The team quickly diagnosed the scope of the problem and how to remedy. We are extremely fortunate that the Old Forge Fire Departartment was able to extinguish the fire before it spread to our home.

We always knew that we had a terrific fire and emergency response capability in our community. The true depth of training, skill and commitment of the Old Forge Fire Department comes thru when you are a customer of their services.

We would like to thank Assistant Chief Chuck Hanford, Trevor Tormey, Ron Parent, Hanson Schmidt, A. J. Kott, Pat Venetz, Larry Ventura, Jim Carpenter and Leo DeVincenzi for their terrific on site work.
