Albert C. Greene, Jr., 60 of Latham, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2013 at Albany Memorial Hospital.
Al was born in Utica on October 3, 1952 and was raised in Old Forge, NY. He was the son of the late Albert C. and Mary (Weaver) Greene, Sr.
Al was married to Cindy Greene on November 25, 1989 and the two shared a blessed union of almost 24 years together.
Al was currently employed with Goldstein Enterprises in Latham as a Sales Associate for the last several years.
He was the former owner of the Pied Piper Restaurant in Old Forge and the former owner and operator of Ellie Mae’s Restaurant on Wolf Road for many years.
He loved cars and drag racing in his younger years. Al loved his family vacations to Wildwood, NJ. He enjoyed watching Shaker Girls Softball games and visiting his daughter at Champlain College in Burlington, VT.
