Thanks to you, a generous public, our 21st Annual Hospice Memorial Tree was a huge success.

Within seven days, 107 ornaments adorned the tree, representing $1,263 in donations to help support The Hospice goal of enabling a person the dignity, integrity and personal choice of spending his or her last days at home.

A special thank you to Julie Case and her wonderful crew at Kinney Drugs for allowing us a special corner of the store, and to all of you who made this possible.

We would like to thank all our friends and TOW Bar family who stopped by to help celebrate Ash’s 85th birthday on Friday, December 18th. What a surprise it was!

The outpouring of love and well wishes was overwhelming and humbling…it’s something we will never forget.

As Jeff Craig said when he came through the back door, “Where else can you walk into a crowded room and know everyone by name?!”

Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year to you all.

The Young at Heart seniors would like to thank the town officials and all the people involved in obtaining and installing the beautiful, very much needed new carpet in the Senior Room at the Inlet Town Hall.

Nick Rose of CAP-21 got the necessary grant, implemented with donations from many organizations and individuals.

The workers who removed everything from the room were quiet, efficient, and considerate of making as little disruption as possible, allowing us to continue our activities as long as possible.

The new flooring was laid in record time and everything replaced in excellent order.

We all appreciate the combined effort that made such a wonderful and necessary improvement to our room.

Young at Heart Seniors, Inlet
