The 2nd Annual Adirondacks Paddlers Photo Contest Awards Ceremony will be held again at Paddlefest. Returning to Adirondack Paddlefest is the Reel Paddling Film Festival, which showcases the world’s best paddling films to audiences around the world. It will be held at View on Saturday at 7 p.m. Tickets are available by calling VIEW at (315) 369- 6411.

The key ingredient to Adirondack Paddlefest’s success is that, unlike most of the larger paddlesports shows in the country that are held inside large indoor arenas, Paddlefest is held outside on a beautiful Adirondack lake.

John Nemjo, president of Mountainman, adds, “Paddlefest is truly unique. Paddlers can choose from literally hundreds of different canoe, kayak and SUP models to test paddle in real world conditions. And we provide live on-water demonstrations by some of paddlesports leading experts,” said John Nemjo, president of Mountainman Outdoor Sports Co.

Admission to Adirondack Paddlefest is $5 per day with children 12 and under admitted free. Visitors can choose to test paddle all weekend for $20 and be admitted free to the show. The $20 test paddle fee is applied to a canoe, kayak, or SUP purchase.
